Culinary Uses: Leaves can be eaten raw, but are more commonly cooked in soups & stews. It has a strong Oregano flavour so should be used sparingly. A tea can be made with the leaves.
Cultural Requirements: Full sun / part shade in well-drained soil. Not hardy.
